Is Community sentencing a more effective form of punishment than prison?

  • No, it isn't effective enough.

I know about many businesses that take in charged criminals (whether or not they did the crime is acknowledged but not important) that don't want them there but the state gives those business tax deductions to just have them around. Places like museums and private parks would have owners or managers/supervisors under them just jot down that they've done community service and let criminals leave.
