Is "freedom of belief" a better term than "freedom of religion"?

Asked by: SitaraPorDios
  • Down with religion.

Even though both terms are basically the same, Freedom of belief is a better term then freedom of religion just based off and equality stand point. People believe in many different things most of them are not even a religion. We should be protected to belief anything that we want.

  • Freedom of belief or freedom of religion.

I personally think that freedom of belief is what an individual believes in and not putting any characteristics as well as a name on it. I personally think that freedom of belief gives that person a choice in who they believe in and that individual's decision making. I personally think that freedom of belief has to somewhat do with how a person might grow up or how they may view things.
