    Globalization will also allow consumers to shop with more merchants in
    order to find lower prices.

    The more globalized the world becomes, the better living conditions can become for the poorer peoples of the world. International trade leads to jobs and better living conditions. Plus, once nations become vastly interconnected, economic self interest will lead to less wars and less armed conflicts. It won't lead to a perfect world, but it will lead to a better one.
