  • Is that even a question?

Her political career was over the day she married Bill Clinton. People started hating her since her days as 1st lady of Arkansas. She is somehow considered responsible for her husband's sexual history. She is considered cold and not charismatic. She lost two major elections. Just go through the other responses in the yes section and you'll get why she is definitely over as a politician. She is hated by too many people.

  • Is Hillary Clinton's Political Career Over?

Yes, it's over for her. She has been shown, from her adolescent years forward, to be a pathological liar and a narcissist. No one trusts her. No one can afford to. As First Lady she treated everyone around her as servants. As Sec of State she accomplished virtually nothing. She has, in effect, been "all foam and no beer". Her only qualification as a Presidential candidate in 2008 and in 2016 was the fact that she wanted the job.

  • It's over for Hillary

She's old, she's been rejected twice by the electorate', she's completely detested as corrupt by the conservative half of the country, despised by millennials as the face of establishment and for her low ball party machine manipulations in the primaries. Progressives need a new face and a new message for the future.

  • Too old and nowhere to go

She was a cabinet secretary, so anything else she tries to do would be a demotion. She's the democrat equivalent to Mitt Romney. She'll be around, but ultimately nobody will care because they think she should have won.

It's really comforting to see the Clintons finally get the boot they deserve.

  • A better america without her

Good riddance, her political career is done and not a moment too soon.
Goodbye Ignorant, Arrogant, Crooked Hillary. You should just go away and be happy that you are not behind bars. YET! You have been a failure at everything you have ever attempted. Put another notch in your belt.

  • Yes, it's over.

I highly doubt that Hillary Clinton will run for president for a THIRD time. Even if she did, I don't think she'd be nominated again. She is a deeply flawed and uninspiring candidate who had many serious scandals (including an FBI investigation). The DNC colluded with her campaign which was grossly unfair to Bernie Sanders thereby further alienating his supporters. Her actual campaign was poorly run too. In the general election, she never campaigned once in Wisconsin and barely campaigned in Michigan--and yet, lost these States (along with Pennsylvania, another State she should have won) to Trump and, with it, the election. In hindsight, it really is stunning that these flaws weren't more apparent to the Democratic Party from the beginning (or before) the 2016 campaign. So, yes, I would say the Clinton era is over.

  • She let her elite backers down

Hillary lost touch with the working class. She assumed that states that voted for Obama would simply vote for her on democrat principle. She didn't factor in the dissatisfaction that Americans have with the least transparent administration in history and instead sought to ride the wave in without doing the work herself. She wasted nearly a billion dollars in campaigns and with those backers cutting their losses, she has no one left to lean on. She squandered ever advantage one can have (media bias, Hollywood liberals, "too big to fail", etc) and still lost.

  • I hope we never see Hillary again!

She should be charge with her crimes along with Obama look at the big picture for Democrats the last 8 years are people blind-----Trump will bring success and help everybody it is not about color or class or as Obama said today ---tribal I hope his career is over. Obama and Hillary are now jobless yahoo

  • Hillary is finished . Ugly and corrupt is no way to be a candidate.

Her voice is irritating, her face melts butter and her ethics are worst then her voice. Never mind Trump. Charles Manson would have won against her. How about Elizabeth Warren. Its time that the democratic party thinks things out and moves further to the left. Hillary killed the progressive cause.

  • Hilary Clinton can come back, Richard Nixon did.

Richard Nixon came back, and he had a large number of detractors. And an aged Ronald Reagan still became president--twice. (Trump is older than Hillary. She needs to show she is a statesperson and let us know her views on the issues. She should do interviews and write some books. And she needs to take care of her health and keep her hubby away from scandal. I do hope she stays in the public eye.

  • Go Hillary in 2020!

Richard Nixon came back, so can Hillary. She needs to show she is a statesperson and let us know her views on the issues. She should do interviews and write some books. And she needs to take care of her health and keep her hubby away from scandal. I do hope she stays in the public eye.

  • Hillary is done

If Trump doesn't come after her then congress will. Many people have done way less than she has and done hard time and been shamed by the judicial system. Her time in court is coming and I will celebrate the day she is charged. She lied to congress, the fbi, countless other agencies and most importantly the American people. We deserve answers and she deserves jail time

  • She is done, its over!

She will never be president or probably be elected to any other political office ever again. She lost because ultimately, people thought she was a worse candidate than Trump. Her corruption was just too much. If Trump destroys this country it will be HER FAULT because she commited ELECTION FRAUD and RIGGED THE ELECTION preventing a candidate that this country desperately needed and one that WOULD HAVE DESTROYED TRUMP.

  • She will be back

Trump will fail. She will work on Plan B during the break. Such as how to connect with rural America with ideas for more jobs emphasizing infrastructure and modifying trade agreements established during Bill Clinton's administration. She has to do something during the break to help rural America get jobs.

  • She will return

Trump will be unable to keep promises and will be deplorable as usual. Hillary will be back with Plan B. She will campaign harder in states lost, emphasize jobs for middle America, and try to help people in middle America during the next 4 years. She will still be younger than Bernie.

  • 2yrs will tell the story.

In 2yrs, we'll know how many bricks Trump has put in "the Wall"... If he ended ISIS... If he created all those jobs he said he would, and all the other campaign promises he made. If Trump backers feel betrayed, Clinton or ANYONE can come in an grab up those people as Trump grabbed them this time. Hillary's problem wasn't a qualification issue. It was personality issue. Both she and Trump had stinky baggage and it would be moot to debate who was worse. Age may be an issue because in America, men can become old and crusty but women are frowned upon and considered disposable or not suitable for leadership as they age. There are many male CEOs running companies in their 70s but women "need not apply". Yep, 2yrs to view the playing field and decide to play the final 2yrs or retire to write books, give lectures, and anything else that makes her happy. (and richer)

  • It's Not Over

Hilary Clinton's political career is far from over. She is just taking a break to focus on other things at the moment. She could still get almost any job she wants and do well at it. You cannot sat that about many politicians these days. Hilary Will be back sooner than you think.
