Is it fair for the president to have to be native to the U.S.?

  • Is this a real question?

How could there be ANY doubt that the president of the United States must be a natural-born U.S. citizen? Honestly, we're eroding fast enough as it is, without having a foreigner rule the land. This idea of "tolerance" is going to be the downfall of this great nation. POTUS must be a U.S. citizen or everything "goes down the rabbit hole".

  • The president must be a native American in order to preserve national security.

The president must be an American native in order to
    preserve national security. If presidents
could be born in another country, there would be no way for us to know if they are
truly loyal to us or still pledge allegiance to their own country. A foreign president could easily be a spy or
    a traitor.

  • Yes, it's fair for the president to have to be native to the U.S.

It is fair and necessary for national security for the president of the United States to be a native. If a person who was not a native of this country became president, they could be persuaded by their native land to sabotage the U.S. Government. They could also reveal classified documents to their native land and it's allies.
