Is it possible that Edward Snowden is working for the U.S. government in a ploy to get the U.S. to go to war with Russia?

  • No, if the U.S. government wanted to go to war with Russia there are easier ways

The geopolitical situation anywhere in the world would be a far better reason for the US to go to war with Russia then by exploiting Snowden as an pawn-like agent. The events in Syria alone in the last few months could have been used as reason for escalation and/or retaliation by either party and instead we have the Syria situation not boiling over. Why use one man when you could use an entire county as grounds for war?

  • No, Edward Snowden is not working with the US Government.

It doesn't make sense that Edward Snowden was working with the government because he leaked highly sensitive information to the media that the United States government was spying on their own people. It doesn't make sense to me that they would reveal this information just as a front to a conspiracy.
