You see if we were to truly make a machine "Intelligent" then it would automatically be able to beet us at any and all games, and be unable to lose. You see humans, by nature are not intelligent. You see not only have smart phones slowly un-inteligenceified us humans to the point where we are at now, such as being able to believe that the earth is not flat, or that gravity exists. These are lies that have slowly been fed to us as technology evolved. Humans of the past knew a lot more than we currently do, and our technology has slowly, but surely, been sapping that info away from our brains. If we were to truly be able to make an Artificial Intelligence then it would easily be intelligent enough to win any, and all games.

If there is a game that is purely mathematical and does not rely on decision making then artificial intelligence can dominate. If the game needs decisions like in chess, the machine will beat most people but it s stil possible for some humans to win. Most people are not smart enough to defeat AI.
Human brains have a certain degree of intelligence. They are more advanced than animal brains, which are in turn more advanced than insect brains, which are in turn more advanced than the first mechanical calculators. There seems no reason to suggest that nothing can be made more intelligent than a human brain. Therefore, an AI more intelligent than a human could exist, and such an AI would almost always beat a human at any game.
If any of you have played tic-tac-toe professionally as I have, you would know that if the two players know how to play, it is impossible to win. All you have to do is, if you go first, pick the middle square, and if you go second, pick a corner. After that, unless you are TRYING to lose, you will not lose.
Now, with that established, let's go back to the question: "Is it possible to create an AI that cannot be defeated in any type of game?" As we all know, tic-tac-toe is a game-- one of the earliest games we learn to play in our lives. So, since tic-tac-toe is a game, and the questions says "ANY type of game," we can conclude that this hypothetical AI will never lose at tic-tac-toe.
As such, the answer to the question is clearly Yes, it is indeed possible to create an AI that cannot be defeated in ANY type of game. Case Closed.
Regardless of how much time is spent on making an "invincible" AI, there is no such thing as perfection. An AI is made by humans - because humans are prone to error, AIs are also prone to the latter. The only way to create an invincible AI would to be, of course give the AI an "invincibility cheat" .
AI usually has some kind of limitation that ends its function, so I don't believe a robot can't be defeated by the game it belongs to. That sounds like pure science fiction. And if it ever could be done it would look badly upon the inventor. People should not let their inventions get out of control, especially in the case of AI.
No, it is not possible to create an Al that can't be defeated in any type of game, because human intelligence is always superior to that of a machine. Artificial Intelligence can only do what it has been trained and programmed to do. That is, AI is no better than the human that made it. However, a human has the ability to reason, and that is always superior.
It is possible to create an artificial intelligence that cannot be defeated at tic tac toe. It is NOT possible to create an artificial intelligence that cannot be defeated at Pictionary or Win, Lose, or Draw for example. There will always be a human element in games, at least games that aren't rudimentary.
