James Clapper holds decent credentials to head Obama's independent NSA review group, but he's not the best choice by any means. Other analysts and individuals are better suited for the tole today. Plus, Clapper wouldn't be the most unbiased candidate for the position, and being unbiased is crucial for this position.
In my opinion James Clapper is not the right choice to head Obama's "independent" NSA review group. I believe that his lying and his past poor and wasteful decision making as well as his inability to give a straight answer to any question posed to him illustrates that he is not to be trusted.
