    I think that Parallel Testing is effective method for Accuracy of the Electronic Voting. Paralled voting makes sure that every vote get counted. We all know that electric devices can sometimes make mistakes. If it was just regular computer it would be different story, but since we are talking about voting machines. It can make a difference.

    If it can help better the old method or at the very least help identify the problems with the old method, then I think it should be considered effective. I think it voting machines are very and we should have methods of assuring that these procedures are running smoothly at all times.
