  • Yes, Obama is a fiscal liberal.

President Obama is a fiscal liberal. In his State of the Union speeches, he has consistently outlined his vision of a progressive government, where many people pool their resources together to achieve a unified goal. His signature achievement, health care reform, is the prime reflection of this philosophy. He also has advocated for expansion of other social programs, such as extending unemployment benefits.

  • Yes, the President implements many fiscally liberal programs.

Yes, it is my opinion that the President is a fiscal liberal. If being a fiscal liberal means that government has a big hand in the regulation of the US economy then it would be fair to describe many government officials as such. The President has allowed increases in government expenditures with the health care reform and the increase of minimum wage for government workers.

  • Yes, President Obama is a fiscal liberal.

President Obama is definitely a fiscal liberal. He has been one of the most fiscal liberal politicians in recent times. A lot of his policies have been anything but conservative when it comes to spending and how the economy and taxes are managed. I think that there are however more fiscally liberal politicians.

  • Yes, I believe President Obama is a fiscal liberal

Over the course of Obama's Presidency he has taken meaningful steps to reduce the budget deficit and on the other hand he has pushed liberal programs such as the Affordable Care Act, so I would indeed consider President Obama a fiscal liberal in his handling on the Presidency so far.

  • Obama is a moderate economy

Obama is a social liberal believes in big government programs that support community. Fiscal liberal and fiscal conservative support small government with low taxes but adam smith was a fiscal liberal who believe in free trade and market.

  • Less than he seems

President Obama is less of a fiscal liberal than he seems. So far he has leaned on a moderate, almost conservative leaning platform, which goes against the highly liberal portrayal he established himself as when originally fighting for the presidency. He seems to be carrying many of the same policies his predecessor did, and it's strange to see the media turn on him as a socialist when there's nothing socialist about his policies whatsoever.
