    I do not believe that Prosecutorial Misconduct is a Widespread Problem in Capital Cases. I believe that because if it was a more prevalent problem it would be the end of our judicial system and the supporting checks and balances that are in place to maintain ethics and conduct as well as chain of evidence requirements.
