Is racial profiling a valuable tool in law enforcement?

  • No responses have been submitted.
  • No, racial profiling violates civil liberties too much to be considered valuable.

Racial profiling is a direct violation of civil liberties in any nation and presents an unfair bias against everyone of that particular race. It cannot be considered a valuable law enforcement tool when it results in the unfair discrimination against people just because of their different skin color or ethnicity.

  • Racial Profiling is Not Valuable When It Comes To Law Enforcement

No, it is wrong on so many levels. It will just enforce and cause unfairness when it comes to law enforcement. I believe that every person should be treated fairly and equally and your race should not matter when it comes down to enforcing the law or profiling others just because you have a different opinion.
