  • Yes of course

There's not a single islamic country there women are not threatened like second class human beings.
    Look at Saudi Arabia,Egypt,Pakistan,iraq,Iran.
    That clearly isn't a coinciedence.
You can see it in europe where refugees were taken in.They touch and rape women because in their belief the women especially the non-muslim women don't have any rights.

  • Their Quron literally promotes wife beating

I am going to post a verse here from the Quron itself

Men are in charge of women by [right of] what Allah has given one over the other and what they spend [for maintenance] from their wealth. So righteous women are devoutly obedient, guarding in [the husband's] absence what Allah would have them guard. But those [wives] from whom you fear arrogance - [first] advise them; [then if they persist], forsake them in bed; and [finally], strike them. But if they obey you [once more], seek no means against them. Indeed, Allah is ever Exalted and Grand.

Tell me in wrong. Do it.

  • Yes, the Islamic religion appears to be misogynistic.

I firmly believe that the Islamic religion carries cultural themes that result in it being inherently misogynistic. Though there are seemingly more relaxed sects of the religion, women are still subservient to men and have far less rights as a result. To outsiders, it is seen mainly by the head coverings many women of the Islamic faith wear.

  • Yes, the Islamic religion is inherently misogynistic.

Yes, the Islamic religion is inherently misogynistic. There are some fundamental things about the Muslim religion that are sexist. There are demarcations between the sexes that keep men in one place and women in another. That's not to say that religions can't change or evolve over time. But Islam stands now is misogynistic.

  • Mysogyny in Islam - An Intepretation

Like any religion and any religious book, Islam and the Koran can be interpreted in multiple different ways. The faith (and its text) drive some to radicalism and jihad, whereas others insist it is a peaceful religion. Likewise, adherents have different perceptions and understandings of the role of women in Muslim life and faith.

  • A misogynistic culture, not a misogynistic religion

While ancient religious teachings in all the monotheistic religions including Islam, Christianity and Judaism are misogynistic, the Islamic faith has evolved and many modern believers practice non-misogynistic Islam. Women hold positions of power as professors, doctors, politicians and religious leaders. Even early Islamic writings sought to create a power balance between men and women. While patriarchal societies may choose to interpret Islam in a misogynistic manner, Islam itself is not inherently hostile towards women.
