  • China brazil india

The us has been a super power for the last century along with britain because they went through their industrial revolutions earlier than most. And the us dominated the last century mostly because they were in control of the energy(oil) early on and that gave them money which they are still riding on today. But as brazil, china, india go through their "revolutions" so to speak they are taking all of the industrial and labour jobs from americans. With their massive populations they will soon pick up a pace to which the us cant compete with. The US has to change from working class to a technology powershouse and with the state of things in the US, with the amount of people who have come to expect the status quo, I dont see them making that transformation. And as renewable energy picks up speed( as it will) the worlds reliance on oil will decrease and the power will shift to those who control energy. The states is already behind when it comes to renewables and like i said with the state of the US today i dont see them being able to invest in the technology anytime soon

  • The Assimilation into a third world country!

Those in Washington have been nothing more than puppets for the elites that control the big money of the world for years! The "New world Order" agenda has been in the makes for years, and until recently have some of sleeping folks awakened to the fact! Now, probably a bit too late! The borders are open, allowing the invasion of the USA to take place! National Debt is being recklessly ran out of control, to allow the elites to step in & save the USA by allowing us to become part of the socialist new world order! Easier to control the masses! Has been a slow process in attempt to avoid social blood shed in the making. Wake up America, prepare yourself for the worst which is on the way! A Clinton win will allow the transformation to move forward much quicker!

  • You reap what you sow!

America is nothing more than a refugee camp for the world. I know that we all are a bunch of pawns in a chess game. The rich don't give a shit about anything but making more money and their selfish greedy selves. When things get bad, they will just run and hide to another country where they will live in the lap of luxury. The rest of us will go through hell. This country is finished. This country has already been taken over from within and now the stage has been set for the slaughter.

  • All of the candidates for 2016 are terrible

I hate all of them. Everyone i talk to hates all of them. Maybe it is my area of the nation, but just about everyone i talk to says they wouldnt mind a revolution; they would welcome it with open arms. THAT is something to take note of, because that's pretty serious.

  • We Have Prudes and Bigots and Money Hungry Politics.

Government saving banks. Saving Auto industry. Giving money to foreign countries to support their economy. Letting illegal aliens get free health care, tax free businesses and pay no taxes. The economy is struggling as it is. Big Business knows this, that's why they are shipping jobs overseas and across borders. Then Our Politics are selling America out for their own gain. So, yes, the US is about to go under. Welcome to Chinamerica.

  • Global Financial Market

Now more than ever we are connected with other countries financial markets. As we have seen in Greece, the younger generation was unable to support the older generation, and the same tend is happening here in the United States. Today, the baby boomers are being supported by the parents and grandparents of the current 18-30year olds. Current 18-30trends olds will not be able to support their parents because of looming college debt and since the price of living has gone up. Wages are stagnant.

  • The holders of our nation's debt are selling it off in record numbers

There are two ways to conquer a nation.Even a superpower. You can do it militarily or economically. In our case as Americans we are seeing our nation being taken over economically. The greed of our nation's leaders and elite have been exploited to the perril of the middle class. The problem with the largest retailers in the world getting away with what they have been for years concerning minimum wage etc.Is eventually even there own employees can no longer afford to shop at the very place they work .It is a cycle that will have devastating conciquences. The gap between rich and poor has reached an irreversible level. Our government is continually being involved with issuing subsidies and temporary adjustments to interest rates along with the stimulis and bail outs its pretty clear we are approaching the edge of no return.Add that to crisis that are occurring almost daily on a global level and you have the perfect storm coming together.

  • Disability is the new welfare in america.

Look around you more than half working age americans receive disability. Many are young scammers that don't want to work. It is the new welfare in america. This makes unemployment appear low so politicians can claim they are helping america not just wall street and stimulates the economy with taxpayer money. Unfair America!

  • Barack Obama's Cheerleading on Economic Recovery

Is as analogous to telling a terminally Ill cancer patient that they will feel better in just a few days. Economic stimulus has not resulted in true economic recovery where the American people are prospering again and experiencing upward mobility. The jobs, joined that pay well, have not come back as Obama boasts. The economy may as well be on it's 10th round of chemo for recovery. Obama has done the people an insulting disservice with his boasting and is on denial about poverty and downward mobility.

  • No and anybody who thinks is exaggerating the problems of the US.

Causes of collapse (not in order of severity):
    1. Civil unrest.
    2. Breakdown of Law and Order.
    3. Hyperinflation of the money supply.
    4. Severe demographic decline.
    5. Severe economic decline.
    6. Economic stagnation, a lack of innovation.
    7. Social breakdown.
    8. High unemployment.
    9. Financial crisis.
The list could be extended significantly but I will not go further. The problem with Civil Unrest is what should qualify; peaceful protests are one thing but riots are another, on the whole there is not a breakdown but an ongoing debate over the path forward. Inflation of the money supply is stubbornly slow right now. We are not experiencing a demographic decline but a demographic shift, deal with it. Our economy is growing right now, unlike the EU's. The US economy is one the most innovative economies in the world. There is not a social breakdown but a social revolution via the social networking sites online. Unemployment is high compared to economic boom times, 4.5% to 5.5%, compared to now, 7.6% but not as high as in say Greece or anywhere in the EU suffering from austerity. There is no financial crisis now, that's passed. By and large the US is doing pretty good, except for politics, STOP BELIEVING IN CONSPIRACY THEORIES.

  • As bad as our government is, we are far from collapsing

We seem to be on a slope down from where we used to be as a nation but we are still a union, we still have a system in place, and we still have the Constitution. There would be clear signs of our country collapsing if it was occurring but it isn't, we aren't even close to collapsing

  • Its All Good! Isn't it????

Just because you're government is corrupt and the banks are ripping you off each day, does not mean much. Unfunded liabilities of 240 trillion dollars? That's no problem! 47 million Americans on Welfare? Hey that's swell, who needs a job? Numerous countries rejecting the american dollar as a medium of exchange? No big deal! War raging on in the middleast? Send John Kerry, he will get it done, Yes sir he will! Combine these realities together and you have Guaranteed Collapse of America!!

  • The United States is not on the verge of collapsing because right now the USD is the backing currency for most things in the world.

The matter is the United States is still doing very well in comparison with a lot of the world, and It can continually produce more currency and raise the debt ceiling. Many things in the world are backed by USD cementing the United States as the monetary backer of most things which means its importance and economy is also cemented. Jobs are mostly just being phased out in favor of being replaced by technology, and there is a rising amount of people thanks to the positive birth rate, of course it will be more tough to get a job, and isn't exactly a sign of collapse.
