Is time and money invested in diet and exercise really worth the trouble for the average person?

  • Eat, drink, and be merry, for tomorrow we die!

    If your weight doesn't pose a health risk and you can satisfactorily get through your day without becoming exhausted, why should you change your diet and exercise to suit what is considered healthy? Risks associated with diseases and illnesses are so variable and unsubstantial that diet an exercise seem to be negligible for the majority of people.
