• Erdogan May Be Capable, But Not Acceptable

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan may be capable of being President, but his continuing lashing out to reporters and media are sending looming questions to those who wonder if he is acceptable. He is working to lash out against the PKK, Kurdistan Workers Party, media and other critics, often using force. This really questions his capability of becoming President.

  • Yes, he is

He seems to have an agenda and something he wants to accomplish. He speaks his mind on things and has convinced people of his antics. He seems like he can be a leader, and has gained the citizens' trust well enough. Why can't he be the president? He seems capable.

  • 100 % NO, non,nein,hayir

  • No, presidents must understand and support equality for all.

No, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is not capable of being President. He has publicly expressed his views of women in offensive and unacceptable manners. He has stated that women are of "delicate nature" and are incapable of completing jobs or tasks that men can. With such outdated and sexist views on a large part of the country's population it is unlikely he is capable of being President.

  • No, Recep Tayyip Erdogan is not capable of being President of Turkey.

No, Recep Tayyip Erdogan is not capable of being President of Turkey. Calls from the press and Turkish citizens that his educational credentials are falsified is one major reason he is incapable of being the Turkish leader. Also, he and his government have a track record of electoral fraud, censorship, misogyny and homophobia creating a situation in Turkey that could lead to social unrest.
