Lobbying: Is lobbying a natural extension of free speech?

  • Lobbying is free speech, but can easily be abuse

Lobbying is an important part of the democratic process and helps congressman to be more informed about different topics. However, lobbying can easily become a corrupted scheme that causes congressman to lose sight of their morals and focus on the money. The institution of lobbying itself is not bad and is an extension of free speech.

  • Yes, lobbying is a way to effect change.

Yes, lobby is a natural extension of free speech. Anyone who seeks to have a law changed and approaches a legislator for this purpose is lobbying. Lobbying can happen on a large scale and on a small scale. An organization or person may fairly organize their attempts to change laws by hiring others to speak for them, or by organizing their information or efforts in some fashion. This is a fair extension of free speech.

  • Lobbying should be made ILLEGAL.

Of course NO! And those who allowed it to be legal should be in prison. Money talk does not represent the population. It represent the criminals, those who spray us with chemical trails (chemtrails), those who committed 911 The Inside Job, those who keep on committing all those false flag events, those who want to control the food supply, those such as Monsanto etc. etc. too many to mention. Not only make lobbying illegal, but limit size of any corporation.

  • Bribing has nothing to do with free speech. You can have all sorts of petitions, debates, polls and referendums which are free speech.

Bribing has nothing to do with free speech. You can have all sorts of petitions, debates, polls and referendums which are free speech. The only reason lobbing is still there is because of lobbing itself! People are literally getting killed in tens of thousands each year because of lobbying FDA, EPA and criminal systems.
