  • Here we are looking from the North Korea's point of view.

So North Korea is a communist country and also this country is not rich. According to that North Korea won't be able to finance big amount of money, which tells that not only North Korea will have much smaller territory on Mars and so do some other countries. For example countries like Japan will able to contribute a lot for the exploration and get bigger land and African countries will have much less land on Mars

  • Its a matter of who can get there:

Its up to each country on how much money they waste on Mars.

What would most countries even do with a chunk of Mars?

Would it even be worth the investment of public money, getting there, establishing a colony and being able to send things back?

When scientists find a habitable world, that we can reach, that's when most countries will take real interest in space exploration.

Until then we will keep sending Robots to Mars, take images with satellites and maybe even land on the surface.

And maybe those people volunteering to take part in the one way trip to Mars somehow make it to the surface, assuming they make it they might survive for a few months and most likely die due to lack of resources. Putting people off colonizing Mars or other worlds for decades.

  • Your not looking from north koreas point of view if your not supporting them...

You are not supporting your topic at all... Your just stating points. Why should North Korea pay less and get more land? What if you pay for two iphones and get one of them stolen? Is that fair for you at all? Protect your topic. Your whole paragraph doesn't do anything to justify your opinion at all...
