Georgia would make a good member of NATO because it would strengthen ties with other nations in the alliance. Not would would it strengthen the country, but, it would also help trade and commerce with world powers. This would also protect the country in times of war, if another country were to try and take over they would have NATO alliances to help out.
Admitting Georgia to NATO would likely be a mistake because the only reason for doing so would be to antagonize Russia, which seems counter productive. Georgia would give little to NATO in real gains, and the only reason it would be admitted would be as a way for other Western countries to assert themselves.
