  • The correct decision.

There was cause of liability in the first place, and after months of investigations, the truth has been reaffirmed: that none of the emails contained any malicious, treasonous, or deleterious content, despite being on a private server, which would in any way indicate a criminal act. Her setting up this private server has been blown extremely out proportion, along with the possibility of said iniquities--and of course, there evidently are none.

  • Yes - The FBI got it right - People need to understand what constitutes criminal actions and intentions... They simply don't get it...

Most people do not have any understanding of how US Govt. Classified material is handled and thus think that Clinton's email situation is some sort of criminal act or serious breach of classified material. Colin Powell used a personal email server in the Bush Administration for his emails along with many others in similar positions, but we never heard about the GOP calling for investigating any of them for anything.. (and personally, I thought Colin Powell was a great person with tremendous integrity) so this is not a slam against a GOP statesman...

What the FBI did was conduct an investigation into whether or not anything criminal took place - and found that there was nothing done that would fall under the classification of a criminal act. It's that simple.

Sorry folks, that may not be the answer you want to hear, but anyone with half a brain knows that in order to bring someone up on true criminal charges and go to trial and prosecute them, you have to have REAL, substantive evidence, otherwise, the case is quickly kicked out or appealed and verdicts thrown out and careers ruined...

Enough with all the grand conspiracy nonsense please...

While it is beyond blatantly obvious that Clinton's opponents would like nothing better than to see her get charged and lose the election because of it, in reality, again, NOTHING CRIMINAL took place. It was NOT A SECRET that she used a personal email server and THE LAW does not prevent her from doing so - What she did was perfectly legal and was well known by the state department and other agencies.

Unfortunately, this subject is too politically motivated to be of any serious discussion.

  • No, the FBI got it wrong

Hillary Clinton has managed to pull off a great scam. Her husband couldn't even get away with infidelity as President, yet she has managed to pull over over 1000 individual counts of breaking federal law. Her ability to sneak by unhampered really does not suggest well for the nation we live in.

  • No, the FBI did not make the right decision regarding Hillary Clinton.

No, the FBI did not make the right decision regarding Hillary Clinton. After James Comey stated he would not be referring her for charges, he then went on to describe the myriad ways she committed federal crimes with her emails. She should have been referred for charging and to have had to face a grand jury for possible indictment.

  • No, politics twisted everything.

Failure by FBI to indict Hillary Clinton is a clear indication of how our institutions have been infiltrated by politics. It's not that FBI do not have capability to prove the misdeeds of Clinton, but they have to bury their heads in the sand just because of political forces that want her in the White House.

  • No they havent done it right

Statement by FBI Director James B. Comey on the Investigation of Secretary Hillary Clinton’s Use of a Personal E-Mail System states that she was extremely careless and they havent indicted her of any charges. Being in such an important post, she cannot be "extremely careless". FBI seems to have done it too liberally

  • Overblown, but still wrong

The entire email scandal was overblown by the media. Whether she knowingly conducted business over insecure servers is debatable, but there is no denying that these insecure communications took place. The FBI director himself called Clinton's actions "extremely careless". Actions should have consequences, thus Hillary should not go scot-free for the mistakes she made.

  • Terrible decision by the FBI.

Before Hillary the government has prosecuted Nearly Every Violator of Secrecy Rules. The Obama administration has filed more charges against those who leak classified information than all previous presidential administrations combined. FBI director James Comey said that they found direct evidence that contradicted Clinton’s previous claims that she had never sent classified information on her personal email account and even suggested that Clinton may have put the country at risk acknowledging the possibility “that hostile actors gained access to Secretary Clinton’s personal email account.” Break classification rules for the public's benefit, and you could be exiled.
Do it for personal benefit, and you could be President.

  • The FBI reached a politically correct decision regarding Hillary Clinton JULY 7Th.2016

"....No indictment for Hillary: Did the FBI get it right...." (NO ) The FBI investigated Hillary Clinton's use of a private E Mail server while in the position of Secretary of State . Would anyone who didn't have a political bias actually believe that this decision to not prosecute Hillary for her actions, or to be held responsible for her actions before the law. Why would the FBI Clear Hillary Clinton of the charges against her when competent attorneys when questioning the Head of the FBI brought out detailed information that would have undoubtedly indicted any other private individual. This decision not to prosecute was not a matter of legal determination but a politically Correct determination and a decision not to prosecute was a decision reached biased by Hillary Clinton being a member of a privileged class.

  • A crime is a crime

She did some bad stuff, she screwed up. If she wasn't such a big person in politics then she would get hammered into jail. At first she said she didn't do it but now she's saying that she didn't know. Ignorance of the law is no excuse for doing a crime.

  • All Politics, No Justice

Edward Snowden? Ring a bell? She broke the law over 5,000 times (I think) and wasn't indicted or even brought into trial! She is a corrupt person and she has no regard for human safety. Not to mention her lies repeatedly on her server. She broke the law, and now the FBI looks bad all for politics
