    The loss of acres of a national wildlife refuge is a small price to pay for the United State to become independent of foreign oil. By drilling in the artic The United States would be able to create more jobs and a better economy for its country. Plus by taking away a few acres of the refuge and not the whole refuge could make both sides happy.

  • The US should search for alternate energy sources, not plunder nature for outdated oil.

    I firmly believe that Congress should not allow drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. I believe that oil dependence is going to slowly kill the environment and this is almost a perfect example of that train of thought. More money should instead be invested in finding alternate forms of energy that rely on less crude methods of plundering our planet.
