Yes international law does support the Palestinians right to return to where their forefathers were because they were forced out. They should at least get a partial return of their property because this would help to aid in more peaceful relations and make the world a much safer place for everyone.
Palestine is not a real state so it cannot be a part of international law. Palestinians will not be recognized as a legitimate nation until they stop using terrorism as a weapon against innocent civilians. Everyone wants a peaceful solution to the Israel-Palestine conflict, but terrorist can never be the answer.
