Women would for sure benefit if there were quotas created for women in corporate boards. Without necessary quotas, many corporate jobs will not hire women as they prefer to have men working in corporate positions. By creating a requirement to have a minimum number of women working, women will benefit from the quotas and be able to obtain jobs.
I find questions such as this insulting. Would men benefit from quotas in corporate boards? There should not be a difference between the way men and women are treated in corporate boards. If two people have the same job, they should have the same requirements. To do otherwise, encourages the gender divide.
