Random sobriety tests for drivers: Are police breathalyzers fair and accurate?

  • Yes, I think they are fair in most cases.

I know there can be no completely fair way of administering such tests randomly and no way to absolutely tell whether the breathalyzer result is fair and accurate. However, it seems that in most cases such a test can find and record whether a person has been drinking too much and driving, and that is important knowledge.

  • Yes, police breathalyzers are fair and acurate.

Yes, police breathalyzers are a fair and accurate way to test sobriety in drivers.
