Right to bear arms in the US: Would gun-laws internationally advise an individual right to own guns?

  • Yes, gun-laws should advise an individual right to own guns.

US citizens should have the right to bear arms and gun laws internationally should advise this individual right. Everyone should have the right to protect themselves from people who may have intentions of harming them. People break the law every day, and it should be our right to have guns so that we can be prepared if something bad were to happen.

  • Gun laws do not advise international ownership.

While our right to bear arms grants any individual citizen the right to gun ownership, it does not internationally advise said ownership. This right grants any U.S. citizen the opportunity for personal protection via firearm as long as federal rules and regulations are followed. This law does not advise international ownership any more than German drinking laws encourage alcoholism.
