Yes, we should reform the Senate, because Senators are in there for so long they act like kings. Harry Reid thinks he knows what is best for everyone else. He expects everyone else to do what he says. We need term limits so that Senators know they are not demigods. They have no concept of what life is like for most people.
All politicians, but those in the senate in particular, need to reform their practices. Senators are elected to six year terms, and name recognition alone makes their reelection rate soar well into the nineties. So they have no real incentive to listen to their constituents. They are more happy to appease their political donors and cowtow to their wills.
