The United States should increase access to mental health care because it is just as important as physical health care, and many do not have the ability to get help they need. Mental health care needs to be more accessible so that way those with mental illness can live healthier, better lives thanks to treatment of their mental illness symptoms.
The US should increase access to mental health care. This is because cases such as this killer show the weaknesses in the system. If a man is allowed to get himself help before possibly hurting himself or others then we prevent crime and major ills to our society. We need this kind of help.
