    Thirteen year old boys and girls should not be allowed to purchase birth control because it should be free to children. There are already way to many bad children in this world as a result of bad parents. It is much cheaper for society to pay for teenagers birth control than for society to pay for a child for 80 years. Kids shouldn't be allowed to buy birth control, they should be forced to get it for free.

    Thirteen year is the very begining of teen age. That is the age that bring transformation in the humanbody. Most of birthcontrol are not tested to dose for that age. It may give negative effects when used without knowing.
    So it shall be under the guidance of parents to take such medications.
