Should a government act in a way to better its own country (yes), or in a way that is morally justified for an individual (no)?

    They should because they decided to rule.You may say but he/she didn't vote for them selves they might have not but we all know that if they didn't want to rule they wouldn't have putt in their names on the ballot box.If they didn't want to rule why did they put their name on the box? Or is it because they wanted to spend the money that they could use to construct the country for it to look really good?
