Should a just society presume consent for organ procurement from the deceased?

  • If no organ statement is made

Organ donations save lives. While I think that some people don't feel comfortable doing so, or their religions do not respect that, I feel it is their responsibility to have a card on them or a family member ready to tell the hospital no. Therefore, I'd suggest a 12 - 24 hour period of interjection, and if no interjection is made go ahead. If you don't want your organs used you should make that clear and get a card to mark that
