Should an ice storm be considered a state of emergency?

Asked by: AJRoss
  • I support making ice storms an weather emergency

An ice storm is an hazard and risk to every one who is subject to such conditions. With the increased chance of sliding or hydroplane, I feel as though mass transit should be more ready to use preparing roadways for busses and trolly systems. An higher volume of public transit would need to be available for commuters.
