Should baseball un-ban Pete Rose from the Hall of Fame?

Asked by: Kidrobot9
  • Pete Rose is a great player!!!!

Pete Rose should not be banned just because he bet on his team. If I was on a team that good then I would bet on us too. If you ask any MLB team owner if they have bet that their team would win 99% of them would say yes, that doesn't mean you fire them from their job.

  • Such an Amazing athelete

Pete Rose is undoubtedly one of the best to play the game of baseball...Without the use of PED's, he should be allowed in the hall of fame. Betting on your team is something anyone would do, I mean all it shows is how confident he was in his 2 time World Series winning team.

  • Betting had NOTHING to do with his Batting

Sure, don't let people like Barry Bonds, Alex Rodriguez (and the continuing list of baseball greats that are falling to PEDs), into the Hall of Fame, regardless of what they say, they can't prove they were great without PEDs. On the other hand, what Pete Rose did had no effect on his playing abilities. He had true and pure talent, which is something we aren't seeing too much in major league baseball anymore. It's a joke he isn't already there.

  • Yes un-ban Charlie Hustle.

So he bet on a few baseball games. Pete Rose wouldn't throw a game even if it meant loosing a bet. He played every game all out 100% to win. He has more hits than anybody who ever played major league baseball. Un-ban him and put him in the hall of fame.

  • Yes un-ban charlie hustle.

So he bet on a few baseball games. Pete Rose wouldn't throw a game even if it meant loosing a bet. He played every game to win. Come on he's got more hits than anybody who ever played the game. Un-ban him and put him in the Hall of Fame.

  • Best Hitter Ever

Pete rose bet on baseball. We understand that is bad. But he never bet against his own team. Which means he really did nothing wrong. He is also the all time hits leader and he never used any PED's.He deserves to be in for many reasons like he was part of the big red machine won two world series. He is a no doubter hall of famer.
