Corporations have been fighting to be seen as people in legal terms. Given that desire, how could we say it is not right to prosecute big banks and other corporations when they do bad things that deprive the little person of his or her money and threaten to fold? All entities must be held accountable.
Yes. Big banks have proven their ability to break the law. The laws they have broken have been no different from the laws that regular citizens break. The major difference, is that when a large financial institution breaks a law, the trickle down effect can last for years. They should be prosecuted in the exact same way that a regular citizen would be.
