Should business owners be the ones who decide whether or not smoking is allowed in their establishment?

  • Of course they should

If a business owner is paying the bills, and tobacco is legal, why not? Regulations to it should be in place of course like saying a business can be smoking or non smoking only, but other than that yes it should be something that is determined by the owner of the establishment.
