  • Safety always goes first!

It is always important for adults as well as children to have a smartphone with them. I agree they shouldn't look at the display 24-7 and forget their real surrounding - but smartphones are important for safety. Emergencies and accients are part of every day life and it is important to have the opportunity to order help as soon as possible. Another good argument is that parents can stay in touch with their children and the other way around.

  • Cellphones should be allowed in public.

Cellphones are a beneficial tool that can be used for quick, two-way communication, as a calculator, a time-killing device, and a pocket-sized internet searching device.
Imagine not being allowed to use them in public. What if you missed an important business message, because you were out at a fancy restaurant, and when you got home, it was too late? A beautiful bird may land, but without a cellphone, how will you spread the word about it, and fast?

    P. S., How else are we to play Pokémon GO? On a laptop? Yeah, right.

  • Cell phones are the main need people nowadays.

I firmly believe that the use of cell phones should be allowed in public places. Who knows that there is an urgent need to talk.
The city council should not ban cell phones. Cell phones play an important role in the communication of a country. In conclusion I would like to state that cell phones should be used in public places.

  • Cellphones should be able to be used in public, because they are just another piece of technology that is convenient, and commonly found on every person.

The fact of the matter is most people in the United States have a cell phone these days, maybe even more so than house phones. Not allowing them to be used in public would be a pointless exercise in futility, considering the hardships it would take to enforce something like that, alongside of the fact that cell phones are a good way for two people to communicate and keep track of each other across long distances anywhere from one number, versus many numbers with landlines.

  • Allowed in Public

Yes cell phones should be allowed in public. There should be a basis of common courtesy when using them but they should be allowed. If they were not allowed then the benefit of having a cell phone would be greatly undermined and many less would be sold in the world.

  • Cellphones should be allowed in public.

People spend a lot of time on their phones. While it may be annoying at times, it is almost necessary. Individuals need things like connection with friends/family (for example: where to meet). They also need it for things like where to go for food, gas, or persons house. Without it there would be a lot of confusion and stress.
