    Opportunities should not be avoided, not matter what a persons age is. As for performing arts, I think it would be difficult to produce films without having children play children. Children that are afforded the option to work in performing arts and professional sports have worked hard to get where they are and should be allowed to follow through when they're abilities are found to be valuable.

If one was to ban children from these activities, it would be the same as chaining them to their school desk and only allowing them the fundamental subjects of general education.
