  • Yes Yes yes

North Korea is a horrible country with nuclear weapons, a caste system, and little to no regard for human life and human rights. Other than a few specific elite families in the capital, the entire country is starving.
NK has concentration camps that are arguably worse than the ones in the Holocaust. Not only is there starvation and labor, but guards are allowed to do whatever they want to prisoners. Kids are born and brainwashed in them. They have extremely little education, and all types of torture if a rule is broken.

  • For some reason, many people seem to see North Korea as a joke. It is not.

Not to mention the dictator and propagandists keep the entire country BRAINWASHED.
Don't you think it's time we start doing something about NK, even if it only affects a small part of them?

We can't attack them - they have nuclear weapons and the ruthlessness to use them, along with a giant army. But China, as NK's biggest trading partner, has tremendous power over them. It's high time they do something, and it seems they need some 'encouragement'.

  • Look for these words around your house "Made in China"

    1) China is a large trading partner to almost every country on the planet and source of cheap labor.

2)what about the alleged Human rights abuses going on in china and Tibet.

3)China has one of the largest Armed forces on the planet, they are also a Nuclear power, you start denying them what they need, best case scenario they look for another trade partner, worst case they take what they want.

Australia is in the process of working out a free trade agreement with china, Chinese companies our investing in multiple Australian business.

The US would not support a boycott , they are heavily in debt to the Chinese, if they did they would probably take advantage of the boycott and increase their trade with china.

Lastly China is an ally of North Korea, it does not control the country.

  • Boycotts hurt civilians and strengthen tyrants

We should be able to freely trade with the people of China and North Korea. What harm do innocent civilians do in China or North Korea?
Being able to visit and trade with China creates wealth for it's citizens and communications to people from different cultures.
Boycotting would only strengthen the Chinese regime as the civilians would be stuck with no other alternative voice and income.

Boycotts don't hinder leaders or dictators. They will till be treated like kings whether the civilians want to or not.
