Should companies be required to do more in order to prevent waste and protect wildlife?

  • Regulation is needed.

Yes, I believe the companies should be held accountable when it comes to waste and wildlife protection. We all need to be stewards of our planet. Many times, companies are only interested in profits, even if this means that major environmental damage occurs because of their activities and their manufacturing.

  • Yes, they won't do it unless they're forced to.

Companies should absolutely do more to prevent waste and protect wildlife and the environment. Most people believe that this is right, but individuals and companies need to make money to survive, so they probably won't take any extra measures to protect the Earth unless they are forced to do so. Therefore, I am completely fine with the government imposing some sort of waste and environmental requirements.

  • Yes, companies should be required to do more to prevent waste and protect wildlife

Yes, companies should be required to do more to prevent waste and protect wildlife. When companies have huge spills and things of that nature, this destroys the habitats of much of the wildlife that is around us. Companies need to do more to ensure that they are operating in a way that this does not happen. Once a species of wildlife is extinct, it is extinct.

  • Companies should not be required to do more in order to prevent waste and protect wildlife

Companies should not be required to do more in order to prevent waste and protect wildlife. The hard cold reality is that companies are already much over-regulated when it comes to these matters. Time to back off and let companies be more free, not inhibit progress. Enough government regulation, already.
