Providing and selling condoms for the community can only help people. The people who buy them are going to engage in sex with or without them, so having condoms at stores lets them prevent STD's and unwanted pregnancy. It should also be easier for poor people to obtain condoms and birth control for free.
I believe condoms should be sold. Condoms are a very widely used form of birth control. Since they are a barrier method of birth control, I cannot imagine anyone not approving of their use. They are useful for both pregnancy protection and prevention of STDs and I believe that all people should have a right to purchase and use them.
