Should Congress increase the number of judicial positions to enhance the efficiency of federal courts?

  • Yes,Congress should increase the number of judicial positions.

Congress should increase the number of judicial positions. This would actually make the system much more efficient. It is important that the system works efficient because the more trials and other functions of the courts are being delayed the less justice is actually beingadministered. This makes people have less confidence in their government.

  • Yes cut the time

The Congress should give more funding to the judicial system so things can be better for the people of the United States of America. If there is an increase in the money for people maybe things will become much better for everyone. There is a long wait time for many things to happen.

  • They just need to work.

No, Congress should not increase the number of judicial positions to enhance the efficiency of federal courts, because we have enough judges if they would only do their jobs. Federal judges just grant needless adjournments in order to do anything but hold hearings and trials. They just need to work and the system would be balanced.

  • Slow The Use Of Courts

I do not believe Congress needs to increase the number of judicial positions to enhance the efficiency of federal courts. I think the need to address these issues in court needs to be readdressed. I believe the courts are being manipulated too much by the lawyers in this country. Much of the time and cases are a waste. We should eliminate these rather than spending more money to support the waste.
