  • No, constitution-free zones should be legal.

    A constitution-free zone would allow slavery. This is a foolish idea. Nobody would willingly consent to become a slave for their entire life. A constitution-free zone would also create essentially another country within our country. Why would we decrease the size and power of our country in order to create slavery?

  • What would the Founding Fathers say?

    Of course they shouldn't be legal, as long as those "zones" are within the territories of the United States. I can't believe that this is even a question. Here we go again giving up our rights and liberties for a false sense of security. The Constitution should not be violated anywhere, by anyone, at any time.
