  • No, but there needs to be a good reason.

Far too many people get divorce nowadays. I still think divorce should be allowed in cases where harm may result, or other problems are causing a marriage that is dangerous, but nowadays marriage is treated flippantly. People should need a good reason to divorce before they nullify a serious legal contract.

  • Its the married couple's choice.

The governments should not intrude in their (married couple) problem. We give the choice to the couple at the start to the conclusion, and if we ban this, then we are limiting the citizen's freedom. The governments should be responsible to give freedom to the citizens , aren't they ?

  • Don't think divorce should be banned.

I disagree that divorce should be banned. If one married couple does not love each other then they should have the rights and accessibility to leave each other and find someone else to enter their lives and be happy. We shouldn't force people to be together if they do not want to be and they should have the freedom of decisions. They could also be abused by the opponent and if the divorce was abolished, it could be dangerous (unhealthy relationship) and unhappiness with people that wants the divorce.

  • If you don't live them, don't be with them

Divorce is sometimes necessary. Such as if your marriage is not working out. You shouldn't be forced with somebody you do not want to be with. This is why, if absolutely necessary, divorce should be legal. If it were illegal, you could be stuck with somebody you don't love. Or, even worse, you could be stuck with somebody that treats yopu badly and maybe even hurts you.
