    Drivers that are caught speeding should not be banned from driving for five years. Speeding is often an unavoidable part of life. We happen to be running late to something, and emergency happens, etc. People speed all the time, and while that does no make our roads safer, it is a fact of life that should not be punished by a 5 year ban.
