Should employers and colleges use social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc) to make hiring and admissions decisions?

  • Yes I think so

People now a days use social media to connect with each other. Teens now a days seldom read newspaper. Mostly only old generations read the newspaper. And one other thing is, social media is where teens waste their time the most - and where they get most of the information first. Before the newspaper published the news the social media had it first. Don't you agree?

  • The past is the Past

Just because of something that you did 5 years ago should not dictate weather you get a job or not. Throughout the years you mature and change. Just because you went to a party 10 or how many years ago and did something not smart does not mean you will do it again!
