  • All corporations should have first amendment rights

Exon and other corporations should have first amendment rights. There is nothing in the United States Constitution Pat says first amendment rights only apply to persons. After all, corporations are composed of people. This is yet another example of leftist leaning interests trying to control the viewpoints of which they disagree.

  • They are everybody's rights.

When the founding fathers wrote the constitution they meant for those rights to apply to all American citizens. The FIrst Amendment of the Constitution of the United States guarantees freedom of speech to all people living in the United States. However, companies are not people, they are companies. They should not be considered people in the eyes of the law and should not be given the same rights as a person.
