  • Waste of time

As a high school student I can personally inform you that whilst learning a foreign language can be beneficial it is can also be huge waste of time! What percentage of students who learn a foreign language use that knowledge in their adult career. If schools spent more time teaching core subjects e.g. math, science, etc, than students would have more fundamental skills required for their future lives rather than wasted time learning a foreign language that they were never to use.

It is important that students should learn and develop a linguistic ability to read and study other languages since it helps in creating cultural harmony between people from different backgrounds. There are many online degree programs that are being offered to help students with this http://www.Woodbridgeuniversity.Com/programs/
