Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius should not resign over the flawed health care exchange rollout. The flawed rollout was not entirely her fault, and while she is taking most of the blame for it, she should not be. She is doing a great job at what she does and should stay on.
HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius does not need to resign over the flawed health exchange rollout. She, and many others, planned the best that they could. They are working out the problems and things are going more smoothly now. It is natural for new things to have problems at the beginning and I don't think she should be the sole person responsible for it.
