  • If they live in the US, they have rights.

Although they are immigrants, they live in the United States and are now legal to live here which means they have all the same rights as United States citizens. It is unfair to segregate them from the United States rights just because they did not get born here. They are citizens now.

  • Should immigrants have U.S. rights?

If you're talking about legal immigrants then the answer is yes but we both know that you're talking about the invaders who crossed the border illegally so the answer is not no but HELL NO!!! These people are here to mooch (they send money home by working under the table) collecting benefits that our people worked hard to provide for our own citizens.

  • No, they are not beneficiaries of the constitution.

No, immigrants should not have U.S. rights, because they are not protected by the constitution. The constitution was written for the protection of American citizens, not for people in the entire world. A country should protect its citizens, first and foremost. The United States cannot extend the protections of the rights offered to all people, because it simply cannot afford it.
