Should Janet Yellen be the next Chair Person of the Federal Reserve?

  • She wants the job.

Yes, Janet Yellen should be the next Chair Person of the Federal Reserve, because she has the backing of most politicians. It would also be helpful to bring diversity to the position by allowing a female to take the range. It would also allow television news announcers lots of puns when she raises her voice.

  • She Is A Chair Person

On January 6, 2014, the United States Senate confirmed Yellen's nomination to be Chair of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors (Wikipedia). I believe it will be interesting to see a woman hold such a prominent position with the Fed, but I don't think we'll see a lot of changes.

  • Janet Yellen Be The Next Chair Person

I personally think that The Senate confirmed Janet L. Yellen on Monday as the next leader of the Federal Reserve, placing her in charge of ensuring that the nation’s economy makes a full recovery.
Her nomination passed the chamber 56 to 26 on its first day back in session after winter recess despite opposition from some Republicans who have advocated for greater oversight of the central bank. Yellen, currently second in command, will be the first woman to be in the top job at the Fed when she takes office Feb. 1.

  • Yes, she should

Janet Yellen is one of the most brilliant economists the United States has ever seen, and perhaps even one of the most brilliant in the world. She wins awards and knows how to do her job very well. If there is anyone deserving of that chair, it is Janet Yellen
