Should kids eat more healthy food than junk food?

  • Yes they should

    I mean kids should eat healthy things like vegetables and stuff. Junk food only at least once a week. Junk food isn't necessary but nutritious foods are for your body and bones. Junk food only destroys and adds fat to your body making you look big. That's why kids should eat healthy instead of greasy.

    Kids are tired of being told to eat their vegetables, they learn that veggies are healthy, they know that, they should independently learn to eat veggies. Adults just bugging kids and constantly repeating to eat veggies doesn't solve anything. Kids need more junk food, don't you think so? Junk Food!

    It is important for ANYONE not just kids to eat healthy foods. Do you to be fat and overweight or healthy and sporty? Well I KNOW that I would rather be healthy and sporty because if you have too much junkfood you can become sick and get lots of cancers:(

    If we look at what people think about children eating junk food they will always think as it is wrong but on the other if they see a child eating his greens they will be happy and that child will be appreciated but if we look from the kids point of view the child will always want that i get to eat whatever i want which is obviously junk food but the side affects are even more than you can imagine like going to the dentist because the cavity you get and no child i mean no one likes to go to the dentist and it will make you sugar high and sugar has its own side effects so its always better for your body mind and a healthy living to eat healthy food but for the children you can have cheat days once every week but always keep your diet nutritious and live a healthy life

    We kids should eat more healthy, and we should eat healthy more than junk food. I'm not saying that " JUNK FOOD IS BAD IT CAN KILL YOU!!!"
    I love junk food to but we should eat more healthy because it's better for our body and it's better for us too, and I am also not saying "NEVER EVER EAT JUNK FOOD OR ELSE!!!!!!!1" I'm saying you can eat junk food but there's a limit.

    Kids should eat more healthy food than junk that seems like it should be a no brainer. Children should be able to have junk as a snack every once in a while, but not as like an all the time thing. They need vitamins and good healthy food to give them energy.

    Very simple reason to avoid junk or fast food, because whenever we eating junk or fast food we always see some kind of stomach problem,and due to stomach problem ,lots of another diseases create in your body.Healthy food like green vegetables, rice,dal and other home food(not includes fast food or junk food) we should eat.

    Leave your kids alone and go and with your life. You worry about your own life and you see what your kids turn out to be. Then you decide whether or not to ban junk food and to only give them healthy food. Be careful and choose wisely for your kids
